February 2023

March 3, 2023

What I made last month. I chalked 35 hearts for Valentine’s Day, and that lasted for a week or so, until the rain erased it. I made an amigurumi doll of the Thirteenth Doctor, on the patio at Gallifrey One (had a ticket, wanted to attend, and appreciated the mask requirement, but couldn’t justify attending the “crowded indoor social gatherings” of panels and screenings, so I stayed outside and let the con come to me, which was fun in its own way). I also wrote about 25 Wikipedia articles, most of them for Black History Month as is my annual February challenge, and added images to a few others. The Fun-a-Day 2023 show in Long Beach had a fun opening; all the hats are home with me again now.
